FRIENDS!

There are certain times when we are not in the best of moods. And in those times if there’s anything that can put a smile on my face, it’s FRIENDS – the TV show. I must have watched each episode and season a million times in the last 19 odd years, but it still never fails to deliver some much needed smiles and laughs every single time.

So what do I love so much about this show?

I love that it’s so well written that it still makes me laugh no matter how many times I would have watched it before. I love that it tells stories in such a way that it gets wrapped up in my heart and just won’t let go. I love that the characters still make me smile and even though I know all the jokes I still can’t wait to hear them one more time.

I know there are only so many times that you can watch any show no matter how good it is. And trust me, I have watched many good shows but everything gets boring after a certain point. But I still haven’t reached that point with this show. For me, FRIENDS is one of those guilty pleasures that just never gets old. When ever I have the rare opportunity to embrace my inner-homebody, I’ll pop in my favorite seasons, tuck myself in with a blanket and a cup of coffee and settle in for the day. Or sometimes the episodes just keep playing in the background while I go about doing my chores.

So you see, I’m hooked! But I know I’m not alone in my love for FRIENDS – or at least, I hope I’m not. And I am sure most of you would have surely watched this show at least once. If you haven’t…I don’t know how we are still friends!
