Hola! Welcome back! 

I am finally back with the Top 5 must-see places on my travel bucket list. If you’ve forgotten what 15-6 were, you can re-read (or read) it here. Now that you are done with that, let’s move ahead and see what my Top 5 are:

5) New Zealand

New Zealand is probably one of the most beautiful countries in the world and this was probably one of the first few countries that landed on my mental bucket list. A lot of my friends stay there or have stayed there for a while, and from what I’ve heard, it is a beautiful place and a definite must-see!

4) Santorini, Greece (Sep 2017)

Santorini is one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Everything in this mythical and ancient island seems so dramatic, bright and beautiful – the whitewashed cube-shaped houses, the sparkling Aegean Sea, and the breathtaking sunsets. Would definitely want to visit this beautiful place some day!

3) Orlando, Florida (Sep 2016)

Why orlando of all places?

Because it’s home to the most amazing theme parks EVER. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and most recently – The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!

I’ve always been a huge Harry Potter fan and I absolutely loved every single book. It would probably be amazing to finally see every single place being recreated in real life. And it would definitely be exciting to walk around Diagon Alley, buy a wand at Ollivanders, drink Butterbeer at Three Broomsticks, eat a chocolate frog at Honeydukes and buy extendable ears at Zonkos! 

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you are seriously missing out!! Go read Harry Potter right NOW! 

2) Venice , Italy (Sep 2017)

If there were a more romantic place on earth than the canals of Venice, surely we’d see that destination replicated in every casino the world over. But since there are arguably more faux canals and Roman statues in global casinos (read, Las Vegas!) than anything else, it’s safe to say that the real Venice is the romantic winner. And why wouldn’t it be? Who doesn’t want to transport themselves into a gondola for a lazy ride around the “floating city” past its famed Gothic and Byzantine palazzos, bohemian shops and alluring cafes? This city is an engineering marvel, a marble masterpiece, and a sight that won’t be around forever.

1) Paris, France (Sep 2017)

Everyone who knows me, knows my obsession with Paris! It is one of the first cities that comes to anyone’s mind when you talk about visiting Europe. And from what I’ve seen and heard, this city is full of stunning architecture, old churches, romantic cafes, spectacular monuments, art galleries and much, much more!

The museums and churches offer a healthy dose of culture and history and the breathtaking sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and the Louvre offer unmatched beauty at new heights. So I guess, it’s easy to see how Paris landed on the #1 spot on my list and why I would most definitely visit this place some day! 😉
